1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the services provided by Smarter 8K IPTV ("we", "us", or "our"), including our website, mobile applications, and streaming network, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you must not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a subscription. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
2. Description of Service
Smarter 8K IPTV provides an Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) service that delivers access to over 45,000 live television channels, 150,000+ Video on Demand (VOD) movies, and 35,000+ television series.
- Content Availability: While we strive for 99.9% uptime, channel availability may fluctuate due to factors outside our control. We do not guarantee the permanent availability of any specific channel, movie, or sporting event.
- Quality: We provide streams in SD, HD, 4K, and 8K. However, the quality of your playback depends heavily on your internet connection speed and hardware capabilities.
3. Account Registration & Security
To use our service, you must create an account and purchase a subscription. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username, password, M3U links, Xtream Codes).
4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
To maintain network stability for all users, strict usage rules apply. Violation of this AUP will result in immediate termination of your account without a refund.
- No Account Sharing: Unless you have purchased a multi-connection plan, using your account on multiple devices simultaneously on different IP addresses is strictly prohibited.
- No Restreaming: Capturing, copying, recording, or restreaming our content to public platforms (e.g., YouTube, Twitch) or to personal servers is strictly forbidden.
- No VPN Abuse: While we highly encourage using a VPN for privacy and ISP throttling bypass, using VPNs to rapidly hop between dozens of international IP addresses within minutes may trigger our automated security blocks.
- No Automated Exploits: Using scripts, bots, or software to scrape our servers or rapidly download VOD content is banned.
5. Billing & Subscriptions
We offer subscription plans on a 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month basis. Pricing is subject to change, but changes will not affect active, paid periods.
- No Auto-Renewal: We do not store your credit card data for recurring billing. You must manually renew your subscription when it expires.
- Refunds: All purchases are covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for detailed terms.
- Disputes: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback with your bank or PayPal will result in a permanent ban across our network and associated reseller networks.
6. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, without prior notice, if you breach any part of these Terms of Service (especially the Acceptable Use Policy). In the event of termination for a Terms of Service violation, you will not be entitled to any refund for unused subscription time.
7. Intellectual Property
Smarter 8K IPTV is a service provider. We do not host, provide, archive, store, or distribute media of any kind. We merely act as an index of media that exists publicly on the internet. All logos, trademarks, and copyrights belong to their respective owners. If you believe your copyrighted material is being linked to on our network, please review our DMCA policy or contact us for removal.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smarter 8K IPTV, its officers, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, our services.
- Any unauthorized access to our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 15 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
